ROOM SELECTION: Our rooms are unique. Not all of them will work for all guests, so please be sure to read the room description before completing your reservation. And of course do not hesitate to call or email with any questions.

CANCELLATIONS: Please let us know by 3pm MST 48 hours before your check-in date if you need to cancel. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll charge a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax to your credit card. In the event that your reservation is for multiple nights and the room rate varies per night, the cancellation fee will equal room charges and taxes for the first night of your stay.

Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
